Registered Mail - It will be delivered by SingPost Registered Article within 2-5 days upon receiving your online order. All items will be packed with Bubble Envelopes. (There willl be a Reference number given, so you do not have to worry about losing your parcel)

Overseas Standard Registered Mail - It will be delivered using SingPost Registered Article within 3 - 12 working days depending on locations. (Please email us your delivery location before ordering, as some countries restrict the delivery of medicine.)

Offline Ordering

We recommend using PayPal for online payment. However if you are unable to do so, email us your orders and we can arrange for other mode of payment like Bank Transfer or Cash on Collection. Email us your Enquiries/Orders.

Expiry Date of all Products

All Chinese Medicine prescribed by our Licensed TCM Physician are to be consumed within 6 months or use the items before the expiry date as stated on the packaging.
